Why should I use A.C.T.?

A.C.T. handles all the hassles involved with offering "Free" repair to your customers. A.C.T. offers a single, toll-free phone number for you to call. No matter who your customer has insurance through.

How do I get my customers?

You can find your customers in various ways. You basically want to let people know what you have to offer. Also, A.C.T. has numerous advertising banners, posters, flyers, and cards.

How long to get paid?

On average, you will receive payment in two to three weeks (unless you enroll in our rapid pay program) . This all depends on the insurance company involved. We send out electronic payments at least twice per week.

What information do I need to provide?

We need information about the customer, the vehicle involved, the insurance company, and the insurance agent. Please view the sample work order.

How long is the process?

An average claim reporting process is 8 minutes. Our CSR's do their best to minimize the time your customer is on the phone. However, the insurance company involved does a lot to determine the claim reporting time.

Does my customer need to be immediately available?

A.C.T. requires the customer to be available when the claim is reported. However, we will not need to have the customer available for the Self Serve Plan.

Does filing a windshield repair claim effect the policyholders rates?

Most insurance companies view windshield repair as preventive maintenance. If a chip is left unrepaired, it likely will crack out and lead to a costly windshield replacement. Most insurance companies waive deductibles for windshield repair. Windshield repair saves policyholders and insurance companies millions of dollars annually. However, A.C.T. cannot speak for every insurance company. If your customer has a concern with this issue, please contact A.C.T. and we will conference them with their insurance company/agent for an immediate answer.

How do I know if my customer will be covered?

A.C.T. will be able to tell you within minutes if the customer has the necessary coverage. On occasion, the insurance company will not be able to immediately verify coverage. As a general rule, a vehicle under 8 years of age is a safe bet for coverage. If the customer has more than liability insurance, coverage will usually be in place. It costs you nothing but a phone call to find out.

What insurance companies do you work with?

A.C.T. adds new insurance companies every day. We work with insurance companies of all shapes and sizes. We only know of a handful of minor insurance companies that choose not to waive deductibles on windshield repair. We generally will be able to immediately inform you if your customer is a policyholder of one of these companies. Again, it costs you nothing but a phone call to find out.

What services do you perform for me?

A.C.T.'s full service program will handle the claim from start to finish. We handle the initial reporting, follow up claim work if needed, electronic billing to the insurance company, and, most importantly to you, electronic payment right into the banking account you specify.

What are your hours of operation?

A.C.T. has customer service representatives available for customers calling from the Eastern Time Zone to the Pacific Time Zone. A.C.T. is available to take your repair claims seven days a week. A.C.T. does observe a few national holidays.

Do I send you an invoice?

You do not have to provide us with paperwork on each claim. Remember, we take care of the paperwork hassles for you. You should keep a signed invoice or work order on file. We will provide you with an email receipt each time you report a claim and each time we electronically send a payment to you.

How much will I get paid each claim?

This amount varies. The average payment, after our processing fee, is $46. The variation is due to the number of chips repaired and the insurance company involved.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Please fill out our Sign Up Forms and mail, email, or fax them in to us. We will contact you shortly with your A.C.T. account number. We strive to make the sign up process as easy as possible.

Do I have to buy equipment from Liquid Resins?

No, but since you can get the best resin, best equipment, best training, best technical advice and best all around deal from Liquid Resins....why go anywhere else?

Am I tied to this service for any length of time?

You are not obligated to use A.C.T. for any length of time. We are certain that you will see the value in A.C.T. and will desire to continue utilizing this service.

Do I need to have my business insured?
